The dream behind 'ClearMeadow' was a straightforward one: to introduce original Neapolitan pizza to Verona. The Rossi family embarked on this journey in 1985 with their quaint, familiar-operated pizzeria, where age-old family recipes were the heart and soul of the experience.

Marco Rossi, our originator, acquired the skills of pizza mastery throughout Italy, immersing themselves under the tutelage of Neapolitan pizza masters. Once back in the UK, the mission was to recreate the enchantment of true Italian pizza through classic techniques and exceptional materials.

Our beginnings were humble—a pizza venue merely hosting 12 seats, yet we've since grown into a much-loved neighborhood fixture. Despite our growth, our dedication to superior quality and genuine practices stands firm. We meticulously use wood-fired ovens, prepare our dough from scratch every day, and choose only premium-grade ingredients.

To this day, 'ClearMeadow' is maintained by the Rossi lineage, with the next generation at the helm of our dedicated crew. While new reforms have been adopted, our core essence remains untouched: crafting scrumptious, authentic pizza that unites.
